Once an order is relayed to the warehouse, the packaging process begins. However, this rapid procedure can present challenges for order cancellations, particularly if the order has already been packed or has left our warehouse. In such cases, cancellation becomes impractical, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand that the order process is irreversible once it reaches this stage.

Should you wish to cancel your order, you have a one-hour window from the moment of purchase to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cancellations beyond this one-hour timeframe.
