General Return & Refund Guidelines

Before Sending Anything Back: Please read these instructions carefully.

Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be inspected first.
    We do not offer refunds for parts that have already been installed. If the installed part is defective, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
  • 14-Day Return Window
    You must request a return within 14 days of your purchase. If more time has passed, you can email us and we’ll see if we can make an exception.
  • Original Condition Required
    Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included documents. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer reasons (wrong item ordered, no longer needed, etc.).
  • Who Pays for Shipping?
    • If you ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind, you cover return shipping + restocking fee.
    • If we sent the wrong, damaged, or incompatible item, we’ll cover return shipping and you won’t pay restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

Email us with the following:

  1. Reason for return (wrong item, no longer needed, damaged, etc.)
  2. Order number (e.g., #32445)
  3. Your device's model number via photos
  4. Photos, if the part is defective or incorrect

💡 Requests missing these details won’t be processed. Please provide all required info so we can help you quickly and fairly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Dyson parts (all item: special order, factory-shipped)
  • Electronic boards (used in appliances like fridges, ovens, coffee machines, etc.)
  • Vacuum motors, razor heads, and similar parts
  • Factory backordered or central warehouse items (e.g. Thermador wire racks or other high ticket items)
  • International orders (with Express or Standard shipping)
  • Bulk orders (10 or more items or special custom quotes)

Refund Process Explanation

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will review it according to our return policy. After confirming everything is in order, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used during purchase.

Any mandatory deductions (such as shipping fees or restocking fees, if applicable) will be subtracted from the refund amount.

  • PayPal refunds are processed instantly.
  • Credit or debit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
